I'm one of those lucky people who looks forward to every working day, because I do what I love. I've worked bloody hard to be this lucky, but every day that we make a great piece of music, collaborate with fantastic musicians and producers, design some incredible sound or encapsulate a brand's core values in an ident or logo, I count my blessings. It was always my dream to make a living out of music, and from the early days of gigging in bands, being a session player, running jam nights at the Blue Note or telling people how to use a sampler at Akai Professional, it's been my focus.

With over 10 years of specialist experience at Delicious, I'm proud to be Director of Music, and it's good to know that all those years of running labels, getting my songs released and played on the radio, learning how to use a studio, have led to something fantastic. Since establishing ourselves as one of the UK's first media music specialists, I've written, produced and collaborated on hundreds of great works, heard by millions of people, every day.

With a great team behind me, I spend my days composing, producing and overviewing the incredible talent we have here. I make sure we deliver our very best work, on brief, on time, every time.

I'm writing this with hands covered in beeswax (that'll be the congas) and a sax around my neck - just another day at the office...
