I founded the company with a simple goal. Make delicious music for a digital media world. 10 years on and music has never been more important in our space. I'm a creative executive delivering innovative ideas with the highest standards of production and client care. I have 20 years experience in high profile roles working with music, brands and the media and carefully balance the day-today running of the business with a creative spark.

When a project calls for me, I'm straight into the studio composing and producing, and am passionate about the development of a project from a spark to final delivery.

I'm proud to manage the Red Bee / BBC Group business and am responsible for our music and identity work for BBC1, BBC2, BBC Three, Radio 1. Radio 1 Xtra, Radio 5 Live and Radio 2.

I studied drums and percussion from the age of 8 and worked as a session drummer and musician into my early 20’s. I spent 4 years playing in a great funk band called “Pushmipullyu” releasing 4 singles and an album. I toured extensively and played many sessions.

My proudest moment was collecting a Sony Radio Award for our idea and creation FCUK FM and sticking two fingers up to the traditional radio world who told me it would never work.
